1. About Us
BinKind provides residential wheelie bin cleaning services.
2. Our Service
We clean and deodorise household wheelie bins using specialist equipment and cleaning products. We do not remove waste or clean bins containing hazardous materials.
3. Regular Cleaning (Direct Debit)
- Regular cleans are paid by Direct Debit
- By signing up, you agree to ongoing payments until the service is cancelled
- Prices may change with reasonable notice
- Failed or late payments may result in suspension of service
4. One-Off Cleans (BACS)
- One-off cleans must be paid by BACS
- Payment is due within 3 days of the clean being completed
- Non-payment may result in no future bookings being accepted
5. Your Responsibilities
- Bins must be empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day
- Bins should be left in their normal collection point or agreed location
- We are not responsible for missed cleans if bins are not presented
6. Missed or Failed Cleans
If we cannot clean your bin because it is full, inaccessible, or contains prohibited waste, the visit may still be chargeable.
7. Cancellations
- One-off cleans must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice
- Regular services require 14 days' notice to cancel
- No refunds are given for missed cleans due to customer fault
8. Weather & Delays
We are not liable for delays or missed cleans due to severe weather, vehicle issues, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will rearrange where possible.
9. Damage & Liability
- BinKind is not responsible for existing damage to bins
- Normal wear and tear is excluded
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, abuse, or breach of these terms.
11. Data Protection
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and will not share your information unless required by law.
